Absolutely appalling service. Massive stuff up happened in the drive through yesterday afternoon, and I somehow ended up paying for the person behind me as well as my own order!? They took my details to 'contact me later' about their mistake. And I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous. The staff should be trained properly before being put on drive through.

This KFC made me so sick, chicken was not even cooked. Chips were soggy, did not give sauce. I will never eat here again!
